Centre Buildings Redevelopment

Agile workplace environment

In 2019 the London Borough of Hounslow moved to Hounslow House, a new purpose-built offices by Bell Square in the town centre. With a mission to work more effectively for the borough’s 270,000 residents, the new building was designed to be smaller, modern, energy efficient and economical to run.

Experience centre innovation

Shure opened the brand new Rose Shure Experience Centre in a c.9,000 sq ft space located at 24 King William Street. The customer experience centre showcases Shure’s audio conferencing products in a variety of conference spaces alongside a training room, control room, huddle space, studio, kitchen/cafe and general office space dedicated to Shure associates.

Service delivery expertise

Following successful integration of its workplace technology strategy through design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, proAV was awarded the Bird & Bird service contract which includes managing a team of four onsite engineers who run the day to day facilities including meeting room support, event support and all inhouse filming and video editing services.

Workspace Transformation

proAV have worked with Cooper Parry for a number of years at a variety of their sites but with the Derby location, Sky View, they wanted to remove the more traditional meeting areas and replace them with a free-flowing co-working environment encouraging interdepartmental working while creating the opportunity for clients and visitors to work from the same space.
