Audio visual framework provision
proAV has worked with Coventry City Council since 2015 when we were appointed as a framework provider for audio visual. We have implemented an ongoing schedule of works to provide new and updated systems at the Council’s Customer Service Centre at Broadgate House, its Headquarters at One Friargate (12 floors) and specific conference facilities at Council House.
The Council were focused on renovating and updating its facilities with modernisation, digitalisation and engagement central to its strategy to create premises suited to modern day council ambition.
The Council were keen to develop their technological platforms and engage customers through digital messaging and communications.

Our solution
proAV began with the development of the Customer Service Centre at Broadgate House where the key focus was to engage with the public. Through the deployment of large format displays and interactive screens proAV integrated a Tripleplay digital signage and IPTV server solution, the roll-out of which has been extended to cover 11 additional Family Hub sites across the council network, connecting staff and public, and providing an instantaneous visual communications and engagement platform with more than 50 endpoints.
With the move to new headquarters at One Friargate, the Council required an innovative communication and collaboration solution to expand on the earlier projects delivered in the framework and support the Council as they moved across to Microsoft Teams and other cloud-based communications systems. proAV developed these syste...
