Dynamic digital communication and collaboration
Aviva Hoxton
Dynamic digital communication and collaboration
Aviva has invested heavily in a strategic digital approach developing tailored digital experiences and tools that offer convenience, simplicity and rewards to foster lasting relationships and inspire customer loyalty. These experiences and tools are the work of the teams of digital creatives who work from Aviva’s corporate technology campus in London’s fashionable Hoxton Square.
Set next to Aviva’s high-profile Digital Garage, one of a number of ‘co-creation’ spaces located around the world, 28-30 Hoxton Square is the campus’ latest refurbishment project – Project Drum. The three-storey building was subject to an extensive renovation, including the addition of an entirely new floor to house a cutting-edge auditorium including a stunning seven-metre video wall.
Aviva’s presence in Hoxton Square represents a considerable creative and technological resource. Its focus on next-generation communication, collaboration and presentation technologies across this space is critical to the success of the teams of digital and media professionals, developers and designers who are tasked with executing Aviva’s pioneering ‘digital first’ strategy.
The challenge for the proAV team was to deliver a forward-thinking AV infrastructure with versatile meeting spaces and a dynamic digital signage and display solution that would work seamlessly across its corporate and client-facing spaces.
A future-proofed, integrated workspace that will enhance Aviva’s creative teams’ engagement and productivity, its business relationships and client experiences.
The meeting and collaboration spaces accommodate the demand for flexible audio, video and web conferencing and event capabilities whilst the digital signage system delivers insightful messaging to the building’s workforce and visitors, all backed up with proAV’s on-site support and service resource.
Our solution
This coherent, intelligently designed project comprised a series of meeting spaces, from relaxed meeting booths in the stylish ground-floor café and the vibrant, second-floor Agora collaboration room to a range of more formal meeting rooms. Lift lobbies and comms rooms on each floor and an auditorium with anteroom and two-person control room complete the scheme.
In line with the protection of AV equipment at other Aviva sites, proAV provides a white-glove, on-site technical support programme to ensure continuity of service and specialist, long-term protection of Aviva’s investment. This industry-leading support service is tailored to suit Aviva’s ongoing requirements and underpins their Service Level Agreement (SLA).
