The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its full members consisting of 24 Universities within the North West Region. Their business is to establish EU compliant framework agreements which members access to buy goods and services. Their purpose is β€˜To provide a structure for higher education institutions mutually to secure value for money in matters relating to the procurement of goods and services.’

Under Lot 2 of the NWUPC Framework Agreement, this lot provides a complete solution for audio-visual equipment and services, including:

Design: Tailored AV system designs that meet the specific needs of institutions and businesses, ensuring solutions that are innovative and future-proof.

Supply: The procurement of high-quality AV equipment from leading manufacturers, covering everything from display solutions and sound systems to conferencing technologies.

Installation: Professional installation services, ensuring that AV systems are correctly installed, tested, and fully operational in the client's environment.

Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and support, ensuring the long-term functionality and reliability of installed AV systems, with quick response times for repairs and upgrades.

This lot is offered to organisations with national coverage, meaning that suppliers under this agreement can deliver and service projects across all UK regions, with particular attention to the needs of higher education institutions in the north-west of England.
