North Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd (NEUPC) is one of six UK Higher Education purchasing consortia established to deliver and manage a wide range of collaborative framework agreements designed to maximise third party expenditure within the higher education sector.


Audio Visual Framework: Supplies, System Design, Installation and Maintenance

 

This lot covers the comprehensive provision of audio visual (AV) systems and related services, including:

Design: Custom design services to create tailored AV solutions that meet specific client needs across different sectors such as education, corporate, and public spaces.

Supply: Procurement and supply of AV equipment, such as display screens, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and related technologies, from approved suppliers.

Installation: Complete installation services to ensure that AV systems are implemented to the highest standards, with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and support services to ensure the long-term functionality and efficiency of the AV systems, including troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.

This lot is designed to provide national coverage, meaning suppliers selected under Lot 2 are capable of delivering services across all UK regions, ensuring consistency and availability of AV solutions across multiple sites.

Lot 2 suppliers are expected to deliver high standards of project management, engineering quality, and post-sales support, ensuring that clients receive end-to-end solutions for their AV requirements.
