proAV Participates in Macmillan Coffee Morning 2024
A day of friendly competition, delicious bakes, and meaningful contributions brought the proAV team together for a great cause.
On Thursday 26th September 2024, the proAV team came together to take part in the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning, a initiative to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event was a great success, highlighted by an eagerly anticipated bake-off competition. With a mix of homemade and shop-bought entries, the competition saw enthusiastic participation across the board. The categories included:
- Best Baker: Recognising the finest homemade creation.
- Best Faker: Celebrating the best shop-bought entry
- Wooden Spoon: For the well-intentioned baker whose cake didn’t quite go to plan.
We were delighted by the level of involvement, as colleagues contributed by baking, purchasing cakes, and making donations to support Macmillan. The shared sense of purpose throughout the day was evident as everyone played a part in fundraising for this important cause.
