Squire & Partners project The Broadway wins at Mixology Awards

The Broadway is a luxury residential development in the heart of Westminster. Built by property developer Northacre it consists of six residential towers designed by renowned architects Squire & Partners on the site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters. 

Created as a vibrant living quarter in the heart of Westminster, The Broadway is the epitome of contemporary cool and design innovation mixed with the ultimate in luxurious five-star facilities and seamless service. proAV were commissioned by main contractor Multiplex to design, supply and install the distributed audio & video infrastructure, lighting control system, centralised control and door entry for The Broadway in 2019. The initial project consists of 252 luxury apartments of varying size. In addition, proAV provided solutions for communal areas including digital signage, meeting room video conferencing solutions and a background music system for the amenity areas/spaces.
